Tuned X Drift Academy: Drift Starter

A beginner drift night on Saturday 21 November at the Sydney Motorsport Park skidpan in Eastern Creek, built around seat time. Arrive by 5:30pm; the track runs from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. You start with drift donuts, learning to break traction and initiate: a coach demo, then three sessions of about 15 attempts in all. Then you move to holding a drift on a custom mini track, again a coach demo and three sessions. Each driver also gets five passenger laps with a pro driver, one on one coaching, ADR helmet hire, a sticker pack and a certificate. Only 18 drivers get a spot. Launch pricing is $295 in your own car or $495 in a Tuned X 350Z, booked through the Tuned X website. Up to four friends or family can watch for free. It is a private gated session, not a show.
